Through special scholarships to support union leaders, college scholarships and other higher education services, the Union Plus Education Service helps union members and their children attend college and build upon their education.

Scholarships for Union Families

Union Plus Scholarship winner

Apply for the Union Plus College Scholarship with cash awards ranging from $500 to $4,000 for undergraduate and graduate students.

Union members and their children are eligible for Union Plus Scholarships.

Deadline: All applications must be postmarked by January 31, 2009.

Union Leaders of the Future Scholarship Winner

Union Leaders of the Future Scholarship: Embracing its mission to support a stronger labor movement, Union Plus designed this scholarship to help more women and people of color become union leaders.

Unionized Online Bookstore

Visit a union-organized online bookstore on the Web where members can get new and used textbooks and other reading materials at a reasonable price. Ten percent of the sales are donated to the Powell's worker's pension fund.
