Ingredients:
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1/2-ounce elderflower liqueur
- 4 slices cucumber
- 8 leaves fresh mint
- 1 ounce ginger beer
- Garnish: fresh mint
Directions:
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber and mint. Add the vodka and elderflower liqueur. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, then top with ginger beer. Garnish with a cucumber wheel and a few mint leaves.

Directions:
Scoop three scoops ice cream each into two tall glasses. Pour 1 cup beer and 1/4 cup Baileys over each serving. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
