It’s how you’re always looking out for others ... how you make people’s day ... how you lend a helping hand. Basically, it’s what makes you a bright light and what makes us all proud that you’re a union member.
We know you usually don’t toot your own horn, but let's change all that!

Need some video pointers 🤳>>>
- Be a stand out. You’re a stand up person, so stand out. Be funny, earnest and creative. Basically, be yourself!
- Be union proud. Tell us something that you’re really proud of doing. Sure, knitting is impressive, but tell us how you help out, give someone a leg up and have other people's back!
- Be seen and heard. Make sure we can see and hear you clearly.
- Be brief. Keep that video under FIVE minutes. Good Luck!
When's the fun start?
- October 1 to November 15: Share your #UnionMoment video.
- October 1 to November 15: TEN finalists will be revealed exclusively on our Union Moments website.
- December 1 to December 31: Voting opens to all union members! Your fellow union members will vote on their favorite stories. The video with the most votes will win $2,000!
